This is a Dinky No 227, Beach Buggy in it’s blister packaging. This model has a removable ‘plastic’ canvas top. As was common on some of the last Dinky Toys, to save costs the wheels were the same as used on the Dinky Racing Cars also produced around this time.
This model was produced between 1975 and 1977.
