Dinky Toys 654, 155mm Mobile Gun.

This is a Dinky Toys No 654, American Army Mobile Gun. Part of a range of matching military toys Dinky produced in the seventies, it was also available in a build it yourself type white metal kit. The gun was capable of being elevated via a thumb turn dial on the back of the vehicle, and as with all Dinky cannons it was able to fire small plastic shells.
This model was produced between 1973 and 1980.
