This is a Dinky Toys No 710, Beechcraft S35 Bonanza light aircraft. It and it’s slightly larger Beechcraft stablemate, the C55 Baron were popular and long running models from Dinky. The Bonanza appeared in a variety of colour schemes, and features included a removable engine cowling, an opening side door and a small parcel that could be placed inside. The real life plane was a popular light aircraft of it’s day, also notable as the aircraft in which Buddy Holly died.
The model was produced between 1965 and 1976.
